According to wikipedia, there are over 150 airworthy P-51's in the US alone. Add to that the ones in other countries and you have about 180+.
About 230 Mustangs still fly.
The P-51 has not had its "last" flight. Many P-51's (now F-51) are still flying today.

Over 15,000 P-51's were built and about 250 survive today, many of them flyable.
