Four is a good number for most people. That gives you a lot of flexibility.
You cannot actually insert pci slots into a PC since pci slots come inbuilt on the motherboard. so the no. of pci slots u have depends on the motherboard.
Not sayin :P haha
A motherboard
That's completely individual. Most motherboards will have an AGP slot and at least three PCI slots. They rarely have more than five PCI slots
Pci cards
Pci cards
Pci amr agp
Find the use's manual for the motherboard and you will find all required information.
It depends on the model of motherboard
PCI X stands for Peripheral Component Interconnect Extended. It is used for expansion of 32 bit PCI bus slots. The slots are used to enhance the capabilities of the motherboard.
As the motherboard has only two expansion slots, both PCI, your options are rather limited. You would need to purchase a PCI graphics card, which probably isn't worth the money.
Its not mini PCI, its just PCI, they just look mini compared to a PCI-E. It depends on which PCI slot it is, there are tons of different cards that are for PCI. Sound, wireless, modem. Look at the spec's for the motherboard to see what slots you have, then you know what cards you can use.
