Students treat each other fairly, it depends on what kind of person you are. You just need to hang out with the right group.

I'm no psychology expert, but my guess would be the lack of foundations and fundamentals. Constant absences in elementary school can translate to lack of will to sit through classes later on in life. And later on, the student will feel that he/she doesn't have to sit through middle school or high school and he/she may often go AWOL or SKIP.
