Three Acts
The Cendrillon (Cinderella) is an opera by Jules Massent. The opera has four acts and premiered in 1899. Jules Massent was a French composer who lived from 1842 - 1912.
Light opera [or comic opera] is of a light or comic nature, usually with a happy ending. There are many styles and countries developed their own styles of light [comic] opera. This is especially shown by England's Gilbert and Sullivan operas.
The Flying Dutchman opera consists of three acts, Act 1, Act 2 & Act 3. It is about the crossing from Riga to London in 1839 when there was a fierce storm.

Carmen was an opera that was composed by Georges Bizet, there are four acts in the play and while it was originally not popular it would become so, though tragically only after the death of George Bizet.
The grand opera contains no spoken dialogue while the light opera contains the spoken dialogue. The grand opera is performed at a very large stage while the light opera is performed at a very small stage.
