Canada has a few retired light aircraft carriers. A notable carrier that was used in Canada was the HMCS Warrior. This was in service from 1946 to 1948 and was scrapped in the year 1971.

The main carriers used in the Mediterranean were HMS Eagle, Argus, Furious, Ark Royal, Illustrious, Formidable, Victorious and Indomitable. The USS Wasp was also used to ferry aircraft to Malta twice. This does not include the smaller escort carriers. Italy was building carriers but none were finished.
