∙ 12y agoThis question is tricky, since some aircraft can have more than one version, such as a 767-300 series, or 767-200 series. Also, American has several newer aircraft on order, to be received soon, which will probably give American the "youngest" fleet of aircraft before long. But simply put, AA currently flies Boeing MD-80s, 737-800s, 757s, 767s, and 777s. Like I say, more than that if you include variations of each. Also the American Eagle commuter service has several types of aircraft. Check aa.com in the About Us section for more detail.
