In California the answer is one drink. The legal limit says 0.08% BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) but the reality is, that is one drink in a span of one hour, loosely examined. Too many factors will contribute to this inaccuracy.
What should be noted is that the government could care less if you drink and drive. In fact, they make TONS of money from drinking problems and poor judgments. When someone gets a DUI the fines go to the police, courts and government. If the government REALLY wanted to prevent you from drinking and driving then the legal limit would be ZERO, a zero tolerance. With that law in place then many would re-consider making a poor judgment since there is no room for error. But instead the government allows you to have room for error, such as 0.08% in California, which gives a false sense of security.
When someone drinks, the judgment is impaired and all they know is they 'feel good'. Since they feel good they assume incorrectly they are good to drive. They get popped and they cash cow gets fed. The government knows that NO ONE KNOWS their own BAC at any given time, and people will instead assume they can drive.
Don't let the government make money from allowing you to fail. The police kick you out of bars at closing time knowing you just finished your drink. Its setup for you to fail. Take a cab or stay sober.
One drink is all it takes.
Physical reaction.
Anger is a physical reaction. and it is not chemical. i like physical reactions and chemical reactions.
it is certainly not a chemical reaction, and it is still melting something, so it is a physical reaction. it does depend HOW you melt it, but other than that, it is a physical reaction.
physical reaction, because there is no change in its chemical composition.
