Yes, in the "Kingdom Come" (Earth-22) epilogue it's mentioned that Wonder Woman is pregnant with Superman's child, the the child is born in the sequel "The Kingdom." More of their married life, which includes more children, is shown in Justice Society of America. Other Elseworld titles where they have children are "Superman: Distant Fires," "JLA: Act of God," and "Batman: The Dark Knight Strikes Again."
