The related link describes a 100 volt source driving three unknown resistors in series, with a fourth resistor of 10 ohms in parallel with one of the three resistors. It is stated that the voltage across the 10 ohm resistor is 20 volts. By Ohm's Law, current is voltage divided by resistance, so the current through the 10 ohm resistor is 2 amperes.
Since you were provided with the voltage across the 10 ohm resistor, it does not matter what the value of the other three resistors is.
However, and this is important to note... The voltage source and three resistors are not shown with any kind of connection to ground, so the circuit, as drawn, is invalid. Nevertheless, the voltage stated across the 10 ohm resistor was 20 volts, so there must be some kind of connection, and that was the basis for the calculation above.
If, on the other hand, the 20 volts is referenced to the voltage source, then the current from A to B is zero, because there is no circuit involving the 10 ohm resistor.

MD Circuit Courts do have juries. It's District Courts that don't. An explanation is at the first related link below. More information and links about MD courts are at the second related link.
The differences between Maryland Circuit Courts and District Courts are in the types of cases they handle. Another major difference is that Circuit Courts have jury trials, and District Courts do not. The details are best explained in the related link below.

Indiana has 91 Circuit Courts. There is normally a Circuit Court in each county, and Indiana has 92 counties, but two counties (Ohio and Dearborn) share a single Circuit. An explanation is at the first related link below. More information and links about Indiana courts may be found at the second related link.

I assume you mean LaSalle County Illinois, because it's the only "LaSalle County" that has a Clerk of the Circuit Court. That clerk is Andrew F. Skoog. The Clerk of the Circuit Court website is the first related link below. I found it at the second related link, which has contact info and links for all Illinois trial courts.
A reactor in an AC circuit is basically an inductor which will filter spikes in source voltage. See the related link.
