Singer John Sebastian is captured on film announcing that some cat's old lady just had a baby, a kid destined to be far out. A couple of surviving witnesses say there were births. The concert's medical director told reporters at the scene there were two births: one at a local hospital after the mother was flown out by helicopter; the other in a car caught in the epic traffic jam outside the site crowded with more than 400,000 people.

The exact moment of conception, and consequently where it occurred, is difficult if not impossible to pinpoint after the fact. It is therefore impossible to say.
I think that there was only one born during the festival. Probably more born after the festival.
To my recollection there was just one child born on the grounds of the farm at the time, and one born stuck in traffic, probably many more a few months later.
The youngest performer at Woodstock 1969 was Michael Shrieve. Michael was the drummer for Santana. He was born July 6th 1949, making him 20 years old at the Festival. Several other performers were 20 that year too, but Mr Shrieve was the youngest. Henry Gross the guitarist of Sha Na Na was born April 1st 1951, which makes him 18 years old at Woodstock is the youngest.

He was not. A reason he might not have been there would be that two of his children were born around that time period. Cedella was born on August 23, 1967 and Ziggy was born October 17, 1968.
The outdoor rock concert that took place in upstate New York (actually more than 40 miles from Woodstock, in Bethel) was not a symbol for anyone in the 1960s, simply because it didn't happen until August 15-18, 1969. It became, however, a symbol of the 1960s, especially of the latter half of the decade. The event was poorly planned. The weather was awful. Traffic was a mess. There weren't enough sanitation facilities. There wasn't enough drinking water or food. Two people died and two people were unexpectedly born. And 400,000 attendees watched over thirty of the very best acts in rock and roll perform live on stage. Regardless of its 'symbol' value, Woodstock was certainly a major event. In perspective, the largest sports arenas accommodate less than a third that many people.Woodstock stands as an example of the radical rejection of the youth culture of the time of the standards and structures built by their elders. It was rebel music presented in the least conventional venue available, under circumstances that allowed the maximum freedom to its participants. The use of illegal drugs and alcohol and the practice of casual sex are strongly associated with Woodstock.
Never It is believed by many, that a baby is born with His/Her own soul.
