Wool
White since the wool tends to be higher quality than the wool from a black sheep. Also white wool can be dyed a multitude of colours.
I don't really understand how baa baa black sheep is racist. A sheep has black wool... so? It's like someone saying, ohh i have a white jumper and someone else calling that racist! I agree, used in the wrong way, it probably could be racist, but otherwise... uhh i dont know. :)
