You need to travel to Rock Ridge to get the hideout map piece that is available there. Look on top of the burned-out bank. You can call your horse to come from Diamond Plains, but you can also complete the mine sequence to get the other half of the map. Climb to the train tracks and go right. There is a bird holding a key on top of the shack. Click on the key to shoot it from his claws. Use it to open the mine and travel down the cart to reach the blue flower at the end. Take it to the big-headed kid in Dos Cactos.
