Every year, more than 3 million birds get killed from wind turbines all around the world.
A study by Wallace P. Erickson, of Western EcoSystems Technology, Inc., using information from Wisconsin, USA, found the following results:
Percentage of annual birds killed, by source:
See the link below.
on average the avergae bird gets averagly killed averagely every 2 seconds.
so doing math at a 13th grade level i would know that around 1 trillion birds are killed each year by wind turbines. furthermore the parrot is the most susceptible to being hit as it has a longer nose and a big pen. Is. Wind turbines are the most dangerous kind of turbine and they kill at least 3 retarted people each year.
Thankyou for your time

Caithness Windfarm Information Forum lists 136 fatalities as of 2012, and states that this is not comprehensive, there are likely many more.
Wind proponent Paul Gipe records 43 deaths total as of 2009.
Im not sure on that exact spieces but I assure you if you are sad about the poor birdys, that the number should be very low. A wind turbine spins very slow, even in fast wind its programed to stay at a certain speed, so a bird would have to fly into a wing on the turbine, which they could see, and most birds aren't that stupid. =]
Duckweed~
A lot of birds are killed by turbines. 19 vultures were killed in 1 week in Spain by 11 turbines. about 0
About 3,000
Wind mills, sail boats, kites, birds.
Wind mills have traditionally been used to power grain mills, saw mills, and small manufacturing mills. A wind mill can also be used as a wind turbine, to generate electricity.
Wind energy is derived from wind mills. These wind mills are powered by the wind and capture it's energy when it blows.
In the olden days, wind mills used to churn butter.
wind mills => wind power (eolian energy).
wind mills
Wind energy is transferred by wind mills.
For examples in wind turbines or wind mills.
-Wind Turbines-Wind Mills
wind energy can be transformed into mechanical energy by wind mills .
I'm not sure about the UK, but in 2007 there were about 100,000 birds killed by wind turbines
by installing wind mills
