∙ 12y agoAll the black people that are permanently in Mexico live there. In Mexico the government classifies the black people as "Mainly Of Foreign Origin", and typically refers to them as "mofos".
Most black people live in the ghettos. That was very rude. Just as many white people and many other ethnicities live in thee ghetto and for some of the people that are there may not want to be there and are just trying to avoid from being homeless , and get what they can afford . Its not only a bunch of african americans who live in the ghetto, now I've lived in Philly my whole life there is a lot of people in Philly and around Philly such as New York, New Jersey, certain spots in Miami, and certain parts in Texas too. But I kno for sure there are a lot in Pennsylvania , Philadelphia .
