There is no series called "Shadow Wolf" by Erin Hunter.
Perhaps you are thinking of the Wolves of the Beyondseries by Kathryn Lasky? If so, then there are four books in that series that are released so far: Lone Wolf, Shadow Wolf, Watch Wolf, and Frost Wolf.
23-24 chapters i read them myself they are really good books
Erin Hunter is currently working on the fourth arc of the series, Omen of the stars. There will be six books in this arc, and I am almost positive she is writing one more arc of bookes. well she just released The Last Hope and some others. she is making more but its not going to be like the regular series its going to be about yellowfang hollyleaf and i believe ashfur. She is making a new series called servivors where dogs rule the wild Update: Erin Hunter is working on Dawn of the Clans, showing how the clans were born. She also released the latest book of that series: The Blazing Star. Hunter also released a super edition book: Bramblestar's Storm. It takes after The Great Battle, with more trouble coming. The book is 600 pages...Wow.
Erin Hunter as written in the warrior series: Into the Wild, Fire and Ice, Forest of Secrets, Rising Storm, Dangerous Path, The Darkest Hour, Midnight, Moonrise, Dawn, Starlight, Twilight, Sunset, The Sight, Dark River, Outcast, Eclipse, Long Shadows, Sunrise, The Fourth Apprentice, The Rise of Scourge, Graystripe's Triloligy, Ravenpaw's Path, Tigerstar and Sasha, Cats of the Clans, Secrets of the Clans, Code of the Clans, Firestar's Quest, and Bluestar's Prophecy Erin Hunter has also written the seekers series: The Quest Begins, Great Bear Lake, Smoke Mountain, The Last Wilderness, and Fire in the Sky. There is a rumor of a 6th book called Spirits in the Stars. And possibly a 7th book (i don't know how people hear this).
Erin Hunter is really a group of for fabulous ladies, Cherith Baldry, Tui Southerland, Kate Cary, and Vicky Holmes. One of them, Vicky, was told to make a series about feral cats, and it developed into Warriors. (feral means in the wild, not tamed.) All authors get story ideas from the same place - see the link.
Erin hunter has finished 4 series, and is working on a fifth. The first series in commonly known as the first arc. It is about a house cat joining the wild cats' Clan and training to be a warrior, while working to uncover one cat's plan to do whatever it takes to achieve power. The second series is called The New Prophecy, which is about the Clans needing to find a new home. The next one is called Power of three, where three cats need to decipher the meaning of an omen that foretells a dark future. Last but not least, Omen of the Stars. This may be the biggest battle in Clan history, and some cats will never make it back to the camp. Apart from the main series, Erin has written four field guides, four Super Editions (with Yellowfang's Secret coming in October) and thirteen mangas. Secrets of the Clans, Cats of the Clans, Code of the Clans and Battles of the Clans are the names of the Field Guides. The mangas are in groups of three, with four trilogies and one solo book called The Rise of Scourge. The mini-series are called Tigerstar and Sasha, Graystripe's Adventure, Ravenpaw's Path, and SkyClan and the Stranger. If you count it all up, that makes 46 books!
The only cat I know that dies in Into The Wild is Redtail. I'll read some more and maybe some other characters will die.
'Warriors: Into the wild' is the first book in the series Warriors by Erin Hunter. One of the best books ever!

The Warriors "Into the Wild" movie has not been released yet. The popular book series by Erin Hunter follows a group of wild cats and has not been adapted into a movie.
I think New York
Erin Hunter (a fake author name for three people: Cherith Baldry, Victoria Holmes, and Kate Cary) is the author of all the Warriors books, including Into the Wild.
A good idea for Warriors: Into the Wild ;Instead; *Rivals: The War Begins* :)
Bluestar appears in multiple books in the "Warriors" series by Erin Hunter. She is a prominent character in several of the books within the series, including "Into the Wild," "Forest of Secrets," and "A Dangerous Path." Her character plays a significant role in the overall storyline of the series.
"Erin Hunter" writes all the Warriors books. Yup all 38 (39 on April 5) of 'em. But Erin hunter is actually four people, Victoria Holmes, Tui Sutherland, Cherith Baldry, and Kate Cary. They just use one name to keep the Warriors books and Seekers books easier to locate. To find out more about Erin Hunter ans the Warrior cats go to http://www.warriorcats.com/ P.S. if you go to the website you may want to turn down your volume. I <3 WARRIORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Into the Wild" by Erin Hunter was first published in January 2003.
Yes, in 2011 "Warriors: Omen of the Stars" was being published. It is a continuation of the original "Warriors" series by Erin Hunter and follows the adventures of the Clans of wild cats.
OK, I looked up tons of interviews of Erin Hunter talking about the Seekers series, and she said something like, "Yes, there will be a 2nd series, and it will be called Return to the Wild." Which means that there will be a 7th, but it will be the 1st of the 2nd series.
