You make your mii buff by working out in wiifit if you have unlocked the wii fit boxing challenge.
I guess you could do a yoga move that focuses on the hip area. I am sure that there is a position on WiiFit which does this - if not why not type it in on YouTube and there might be a video that tells you. Hope this helps!!

Even though the Wii Fit is 90 dollars, it is an awesome way to burn calories and maybe some weight.There are over 40 activities in 5 categories. There is : Yoga, Strength, Aerobics,Balance,and a page where your most played go, the favorites page. When you first start playing the Wii fit you will bring in your Mii from your Mii Plaza. You will then answer the questions the Wii asks you. Then after that you will do the BMI and the Body Test. After all that you can start your game. You have to unlock some games as well. Anyway I think the Wii Fit is very worth it indeed.
