I calculated, using the Harris-Benedict equation that you need to consume about 2340 calories per day to maintain your weight. This is assuming that you are most sedentary, meaning you do little or no exercise.

If you are a little bit more active than that (light exercise and activity a few days a week) it would be more like 2500 calories.

If neither of those fit your description, use a search engine and search "BMR" or "Harris Benedict equation" and you should be able to calculate for yourself.

Obviously, the more active you are the more calories you burn per day. If you are trying to lose weight, this could mean being able to eat more calories!
