It depends on how much exercise you do, and what kind of body you have.
If you do some exercise and you're a women between 1800 and 2200
If you do some exercise and you're a man between 2000 and 2400
You should be aeating at least 1200 calories a day

It depends on how many calories you are eating per day, your age, and wheather or not you are trying to lose weight. If your eating 2900-3000 calories you should be fine, if your eating around 1500 calories then that's too much to burn.
well im no expert but i would have to say that you should eat celery because it has negative calories which means it burns more calories to eat celery than how many calories celery has in itself.I hope this helps a bit.
I've always gone by weight x 10 plus weight in order to measure how many calories I need to eat to maintain my weight. So 130 x 10 + 130 = 1430 calories per day.
