depends on the model, they range from 250cc for the Ninja 250R to over 1300cc for the ZX14R

I think the Truimph Rocket lll 2300cc has the greatest number of CCs: at least, that's the one that I've seen on the roads. I have also heard that even Kawasaki has a 2300cc bike.
There are approximately 1582 cubic centimeters.
1403 is the official spec on the 88" engine.
For a motorcycle to be registered to be driven on the road, it needs to be 125 cc or higher.
A 124 cubic inch Harley Davidson motorcycle engine is equivalent to approximately 2,032 cubic centimeters (CCs). This conversion is done by multiplying the cubic inches by 16.387, the number of cubic centimeters in one cubic inch. Therefore, a 124 cubic inch engine translates to about 2,032 CCs.
2.54 c/in 2.54*2.54*2.54=16.39cc/cubic in 16.39cc/cubic in * 120cubic in= 1966.8cc
CC = Cubic Centimetre. 1000 CCs = 1 Litre. On a motorcycle, the CCs refers to the displacement of the engine. With cars, you'll hear about a 3.4 litre engine, which is 3400 CCs A 250 CC motorcycle has a 0.25 Litre displacement, equal to one cup.
As long as u have the appropriate license (a motorcycle license) you can drive a bike with as many CCs as u want...and anything else that isn't on roads.
