23 pairs
If the daughter cells have been produced from Mitosis than it would have the same number of chromosome which is 46, but if the cell division is Mieosis than it would have half number of Choromosome which is 23 chromosome each cell which later gets doubled.
Mitosis takes place in all cell which are known as somatic cell, but meiosis takes place in a speciefic kind of cell i.e are Reproductive cell (e.g sperm, ovum)
In Turner syndrome, one of the X chromosomes is missing or misshapen in most of the cells in the body. The reason for this total or partial loss of the chromosome usually cannot be found, but the loss occurs soon after the baby is conceived. There is nothing either parent can do to prevent this from happening; it is a biological accident for which no one is responsible.
Physical Features
Because only one X chromosome is present, the ovaries do not develop normally and usually do not function fully.
Women have the same number of chromosomes as a man. That number is forty six. They have a double x configuration.
Depending on the type of Turner syndrome, there are:
45 chromosomes in all cells of the body, or
45 chromosomes in some cells of the body and 46 in other cells of the body.
They have 46, just like all other humans, only a small portion of one chromosome that determines sexual traits is missing. Most occurrences are with females and they are usually infertile.
Females have 46 chromosomes

Do you mean how do doctors test for Turner syndrome? It is a blood test to find out about the person's chromosomes, to see if the person is missing the second X chromosome.
This is not a good question. The Turners Syndrome only occurs in women, and it is not inherited, because these women cannot have their own children. No causes have been discovered yet.
Turner syndrome is the result of one of the two X chromosomes being missing or damaged in some or all cells. These chromosomes are the sex chromosomes, which determine whether a person will be male or female. As people with Turners only have an X chromosome and no Y chromosome they are born female.

Yes animals do sometimes have Turner's syndrome or Klinefelter's syndrome with similar characteristics as those observed in humans.
not a very bad (effective) symptom
