There is no way to answer that based on the information in the question.

In the first place, "How many cubics" doesn't explain what unit of volume you want to know about. Let's assume you really meant to ask, "How many cubic feet." Read on for the other problem.

Simply knowing the length of 40 feet does not tell you the volume. A container could be 40 feet long but very narrow, giving it not a very big volume. Another 40-foot-long container could be wide and high, which would give it more volume.

We also don't know the shape.

Suppose the shape of the container is a rectangular solid; suppose it is 15 feet wide and 5 feet high. If this is true, then the volume would be 40 x 15 x 5 cubic feet, or 3,000 cubit feet.
