As an approximation, my 40lb bag of dry Eukanuba large breed puppy food fits pretty well in a 45 quart container.
45quarts * 4 cup / 1 quart = 180 cups.
180 cups * 16 lb / 40 lb = 72 cups.
This is just an approximation based on how the large nugget food fits in my container. If you have a scale that reads ounces you could put cups on it until it reads 16oz and multiply by lbs in a bag.
There are 8 oz. in a cup so how many cups equal a pound?
Check on the back of the bag,it will tell you.
There are 160 cups in a 40lb bag of dry food. This is based on Cannidae food.

Ask the pet food supplier.
A 30lb bag of Blue Buffalo Dog Food will last for about 60 cups.. 1lb = 2 cups approx.
It really depends on the dog food, but in general it can be anywhere from 2-3.
Well,it depends on the dog food.
Well, I buy my cat a 5 pound bag of food which lasts her about a month and she gets 1/2 cup of food per day. Thus, there are approximately (.5 * 30) 15 cups in a 5 pound bag. That works out to approximately three cups per pound, so in a 6.6 pound bag of food there would be approximately (3 * 6.6) 19.8 cups. This is all estimated, and of course the kibble size and density plays a factor, but I hope that gives you a ballpark of how many cups you can expect.
There are no cups in bag of M&Ms. Sorry.
Unless you give us WEIGHT of bag, how are we supposed to calculate.
Roughly 50 cups of sugar in a 25lb bag.
