KS state board
Since flooding occurs historically, there is no way to ascertain which schools were closed, or when, or for how long, and which might have eventually reopened. Current local information is available from the Nashville School Board at the related link below.
Notify the board of standards and appeals
While it's always fun to get out of school for a day or more, any days missed in most, if not all, states in the United States have to be made up. Usually, that means going to school later at the end of the year or on days school was scheduled to be out. It's not really worth it to get out days that are not scheduled. If you want to get a school closed permanently, you will have to go to another school, so that is not beneficial unless there is a reason the school should be permanently closed. In that case, presenting your reasons to the school board in a written letter would be the first step.
This means it is open only to board members, and not to the public.
You cannot do this. The CPU is permanently bonded to the main circuit board (the logic board). Apple techs would simply replace the logic board.
People can do 'whatever' they want to do, most anywhere. It's sad that the board cannot or did not choose to notify you that photography was taking place, and inform you about the subject of the project. You can inquire as to the subject of the project and request of the board that if their business requires such action in the future, you would appreciate being notified in advance. Depending on how the board chooses to use the photographs, you can notify the board that their photography was a surprise to you.
Best practices dictate that you notify the board in writing of the rules being violated, and include your evidence -- an affidavit or a photo -- and request that the board enforce the rules.
Yes, and many often do. Once the resignation is in place, however, it's the remaining board members' responsibility to notify the membership of the opening in the board, and to establish the replacement process.
