I wouldn't recommend them for at least the first few days, or perhaps a week. Your extraction sites will be sensitive to the extremes of cold, hot, sweet, and spicy. But after several days, if, for example, you feel up to chewing some soft ramen with a spicy sauce, then as long as it doesn't irritate your extraction sites, enjoy!
