By the time you figure out she is pregnant she won't be far off giving birth (maybe about 2-3 weeks) You will probably notice she has a rounded stomach and is fat only in her stomach area. My guinea pig often stopped and squinted her eyes while she was pregnant - I don't know if only she does it or all do it! Just warning you! Although I don't know exactly how many day after mating - I hope I helped!!
