Missing 28 days means that your attendance is 141 days out of 169.This is equal to 83.4% attendance.
The answer depends on not just how many you miss out but also, of the ones that you do answer, how many you get correct.

However, if you child misses more than 20% of school days, your program might drop you (they are not paid for the days outside of those 20%), and you'll have to start looking for a new VPK provider for your child.
