It is going to depend whether you are on the coast, or inland. On the coast, it almost never hits 100. Inland areas, such a Red Bluff and Redding, and Sacramento can be 100 and above often. Redding and Red Bluff have hit as high as 122, and Sacramento is looking at about 15 straight days of 100+ right now, August 2012.
