I have the same thing but bad dose of cramps
Patient generally does not like to eat food, when ill. Only the mother can feed the baby at such a critical period. All type of soft and nutritious food is to be offered to the baby. Nothing hard, specially the seeds to be given to the patient. Once the patient recovers from the fever, his appetite dramatically increases. Then you have to withheld many food items. He has got those ulcers in his intestine, waiting to bleed with slight insult. So for next two to three weeks no hard food in given to the patient.
That is probably PMS. PMS is premenstrual syndrome. This can cause irritability and cramps ect.
