In The Bible, the Egyptians mourned for Jacob for 70 days, (Genesis 50.3)
and the Israelites mourned for Aaron for 30 days, (Numbers 20.29)
But there is no rule about how many days you should mourn. It is up to you.
No where does Messiah Yeshua/Jesus say mourn for the dead, He said: Let the dead bury the dead: Matthew 8:22 & Luke 9:60 But Yeshua/Jesus said to him, Follow Me; and let the dead bury their dead. Lazarus was dead 4 days and Messiah was dead 3 days and we know they mourned for HIM. Matt.9:15 Messiah says :Can the children of the bridechamber mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? But nowhere does He say Mourn for the Dead. Sorry,The Jews mourn their dead.Messianic Rabbi Tom

The phrases "mourn at birth" and "rejoice at death" do not appear anywhere in the KJV bible, nor do they appear in the NIV bible. However, you may be referring to the following: "A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth." (NIV - Ecclesiastes 7:1)
Nothing. America didn't exist until about 1500 years after the Bible was written.
The bible doesn't say exactly how many books should be init.
