Where as special marraige act 1954 is registered marriage that is this act provides for the solmenisation of marraige by the registrar. where in prior notice of 1 month is served n marriage is declared after completion of the said period. Hence Hindu marriage act is registration of marriage and special marraige act is registered marriage.
