No. Air-conditioners can't cool less than 18 degrees, coz that's the standard degree allowed if more would be possible it would mean a risk to ones health and among many; even death, catching a pneumonia. So not advisable to use less than 18 since it is sufficient to cool out a premise of any nature though one could use different acs at different points on separate rooms et cetera

There are many benefits to installing a central air conditioner. This will allow one to control the temperature of their house, and remain cool and comfortable during the summer months. It also has many benefits over a window mounted air conditioner, as central air allows each room in the house to be cooled equally.
62 degrees F is 16.7 degrees C , that’s cool but ok for sleeping
Here are the options : 1. Check your filter. If it is dirty and clogged, it might be freezing the compressor and also stopping the cold air to flow smoothly to the outlets. As a result, you may not feel cool air from your outlet. Changing the filter will solve your problem. 2. The freon gas may not be sufficient in the compressor to cool the air. This may happen if your unit is many years old, or there is some leakage in your house of the cold air. Contact a professional to fill up the right type of freon gas. There should be temperature difference of 20 degrees Fahrenheit, if there is sufficient freon in the compressor.
You should get 500 tonne air conditioners for a two server room.
According to the Energy Star chart, 12,000 BTUs will cool a room of 450 up to 550 square feet. I'd stay on the low end of that.
