No. Quite often, babies are born with health problems that require they be placed in an incubator. Depending on the baby's condition, they may be in the incubator for only a day or two, or even for a few months. It all just depends on each baby and the health problems they have. But a doctor will not have a baby placed in an incubator unless it is necessary.
You have not answered me, I really care about these chickens and I don't want them to die! Please tell me the answer.
because the incubator keeps the baby in a temperature like the temperature that the baby had in the womans amnion fluid!(uterus)

Yes.
It depends how old they are. You need an incubator if they are in eggs still. I've seen people feed baby birds mouth to mouth...Pretty discusting! Leave it to the mummy and daddy birds for best result
The first baby incubator was invented in 1880 by Dr. Martin A. Courney. The TransMississippi and International Exposition was the first display of baby incubators in the United States.
Well, I suppose you either don't trust the parents with the egg or the parents had mysteriously died or something like that. The best way to raise a cockatiel egg is to buy a good, reliable egg incubator made especially for small parrots, specifically for cockatiels, if you can. Next, get the incubator, read the instructions, and hope your baby 'tiel turns out great.
An incubator.
An incubator is an equipment used to give warmth to a premature baby since they have a thermo-regulatory problems.
Because babies are more sensitive.
you could put them under a broody chicken. it may not work but you could try a heat lamp, they need one once they hatch anyway.
