There is no specific series, they're all one big series. Unless you're talking about the Final Mix games and all the CoM games. Then I don't know other than that, and there is no news beyond the three side games.

The game titled Kingdom Hearts is for the Playstation 2 system, although the series of Kingdom Hearts is for many systems, including the DS, PSP and cell phone.
There is no convention for Kingdom Hearts. The thing is that many fans of the series cosplay these characters in other conventiosn such as the Anime Expo.
