Zero. Zero is enough. Doughnuts are counter productive to a growing child/teenagers potential athletic abilities and health. Not to mention teaching your kids to consume large amounts at a time is probably not the best idea. Sooo, I dunno, if you MUST have doughnuts, try baking them at home yourself. It's a lot simpler than you think. You can try making whole grain doughnuts as well. I mean if you train yourself to appreciate healthier foods you get over the fact that they aren't super fattening chain doughnuts that claim to "have dat crack"..
