Does answers.com contain all the English entries of Wikipedia?
The Wikipedia copy on Answers.com comes from a "dump" of the Wikipedia database. At the time of the dump it contains all the English entries of Wikipedia. Since Wikipedia grows all the time, the Answers.com copy quickly becomes outdated. Therefore it's fair to assume that the most recent entries [and edits] on Wikipedia are not in the Answers.com copy.
Should WikiAnswers allow quality edits to their Wikipedia articles?
Unfortunately, the Wikipedia articles that are on Answers.com (on the ReferenceAnswers side, not the WikiAnswers side) are exact copies of the Wikipedia articles, and they update almost as fast. It wouldn't do any good to edit it only on the ReferenceAnswers side, because any edit would only be copied over when we got the next update from Wikipedia.

It would be almost impossible to read Wikipedia because it has 285 different languages. By the time you finish reading it you will have to start all over because there is more information and more edits on almost every page. Also, Wikipedia adds stuff faster than anyone can read. YOU CAN TRY!
