For a low d it's two fingers on the top. For a high d I have no idea.
Second two fingers on left hand first finger on right octave key and second top key of the four at the bottom of the clarinet
You have to hold down the keys for D (above middle C) and either hold the banana key for D sharp or hold the bottom key of the group of 4 on the right hand side when playing (attached to top key piece of clarinet).
There is the Bb Soprano Clarinet, Ab Piccolo Clarinet(rare), Eb Soprano Clarinet, D Soprano Clarinet, C Soprano Clarinet(rare, cos people thinks it's too bright), A Clarinet, Basset Clarinet, Basset Horn, Alto Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Contra-Alto Clarinet, and Contrabass Clarinet!
