Then go to florama town (NOT IN DP!!!) and then get glacidia's flower. it is a key item to change shaymin, and shaymin can change anytime. If you got one in diamond and pearl (normal form) then pass it on, (TRADE.) But it must be sky forme, then you'll have your two formes!
