They are 15 people 7 of them speak English 8 off the french 3 people speak none how many of these speak both English french?

== There are 7 people, not including the french. The french question doesn't make sense. If it said, "3 of the 8 french people couldn't speak none," that would be clearer. So, there are 7+5== 12 people who can speak english, while the remaining(which is 3) people can't speak english. Simple as that. Simple addition. ===

Germans speak German in Germany. French speak French in France. They can speak in English too because English speaking people do business with them and the tourists do too. In the US they do not get very many German or French people visiting so they don't learn those languages but they do learn Spanish since there are millions there who speak in Spanish.
