Well, the bad news is that the injectors employ a factory crimp cap connecting them to the fuel rail and were not designed to be replaced individually. The good news is that many moons ago Nissan/Infiniti recognized that these injectors have a tendency to leak. Given their close proximity to an ignition source, the plug wires, the possibility for a "thermal event" was highly likely. They therefore initiated a recall on 300zx's, Maxima's, M-30's, and 200sx's that utilized the VG-30 engine with these injectors. Check with your local dealer about injector replacement under this recall.

Possibly the fuel pump, but replace the fuel filter first. You might want to check all of your injectors.
5W-30
Several possibilities come quickly to mind: (1) clogged fuel filter restricting the flow of gas (2) fuel injectors clogged/dirty, or in need of replacement (3) fuel pump is failing.
I think you mean fuel injection service. It's when you hook up a small container full of a cleaning agent (like a solvent) to the fuel rail and using compressed air push the solvent though the fuel rail and injectors for about 30 minutes while letting the engine run.
