It is not known and never will be known. Other galaxies are too far away for us to find if they have life in them. So far earth is the known only place in the universe to hold life.
They study distant galaxies because they want to know whats out in other galaxies and how many planets it has
Galaxy clusters typically have anywhere from 50 to 1,000 galaxies.
Many scientists believe that the big bang started life. The big bang was a big explosion and the galaxies began.
Approximately 60% of all galaxies are spiral
To know what is the life there, and if there's any other creatures or "aliens". some scientists are looking for planets with water and life on them.
no because we have no way of knowing what kind of life forms are on other galaxies because they could be aliens(:
Both have a huge black hole at their center.
It's not known to any degree of accuracy, but about 66% of all spiral galaxies are barred and about 60% of galaxies in the local Universe are spiral galaxies.
So far most planets are too hot or too cold to support life or are gas giants. Scientists are yet to find signs of life in other planets, other than planet Earth. The universe has many galaxies and planets, most are still yet to be explored. The search for extraterrestrial life is ongoing.
There are no smaller galaxies in the Andromeda galaxy. In the Local group of galaxies to which Andromeda and the Milky Way are part of, there are around 30 smaller galaxies,
That is related to their past history. Many galaxies have undergone collisions with other galaxies; this takes out most of the interstellar gas, and the galaxies can no longer form new stars. If I remember correctly, such galaxies will change into elliptical galaxies. That is related to their past history. Yes. Scientists haven't been able to explore other galaxies. I believe that there is life in other galaxies just like Earth. but how do they explore galaxies? i mean how do they know there are other galaxies? do they have any proof of lik=fe on other galaxies? ^^^^^^^
