Each cell has one long continuous gene. Each cell has an identical gene unless they are mutinous. Your probably thinking of how many copies of each piece of DNA does an organism have. Once again that's the same response as before.

The original assumption was one protein for one gene but now there is the concept of alternative splicing where the introns and exons and come together in different patterns to create multiple proteins from one transcribed gene. Therefore there is no answer to say exactly how many proteins one gene will make without specifying the specific gene in question.

For example if a gene is spliced into 5 parts then 1+2+4 makes one protein where 1+3+4 will make another protein.

What is a gene and genome?

A genome is all genetic data of a single cell. That includes the genes in the nucleus, but also that of mitochondrial DNA.A gene is a section of the genome which codes for one protein. It consists of various codons.Every single codon codes for one amino acid (Many amino-acids put together form a protein). Every codon consists of three adjacent nucleotides.
