That depends entirely upon your level of exercise, or of calorie consumption. A common myth (still) is that one may eat just enough to offset the calories burned by sitting on the sofa, but this is simply not true. In the process you are steadily losing lean muscle mass, your calorie-burning 'furnace,' and your furnace becomes a candle. A downward spiral. There is no substitute for an activity that you can enjoy; the benefits, besides fat avoidance, are just too numerous to list here.
