hello
A grafted grape vine has the stalk of one variety of grape grafted onto the roots of a different grape vine. The roots of one type of grape vine might be better suited for a particular type of soil, or they might be more disease resistant. The grapes of a different variety might be preferred for making wine. So the grape vine is grafted onto suitable roots for a particular location.
The word grapes is a count noun; the word grapes is the plural form for the singular noun grape.
Grape. the rest are veggies. Grape is from the fruit of the vine.
I was just in a wine tasting and they said a grape vine produces about 10 wine bottles. There is no definitive answer for this, it depends on a number of factors. Quality wine producing areas will have set limits in and around 60hl/ha which will translate to about the 7 bottles, some quality conscious producers however will make as few as 1 bottle per vine or even less in Sauternes!
151 Grams of grapes are in one cup.
Nearly all grape vines that are grown are not grown from seeds, but from cuttings off of another vine. Grape growers have been doing this for hundreds of years, and it has beeen done so much that now, grapes don't grow with seeds in them.I live in central CA one of the largest grape growing areas of the United States and there are seedless grapes and there are grapes with seeds. The person above is correct that vines are grown from cuttings and grafted to another vine. Some vines are hundreds of years old. The grapes you get in the store that are green are called Thomson seedless and they are used for raisins as well. There is another grape called Red Flame that is also seedless now sold.

grapes Grapes grow on vines which is why the drink that most grapes are grown to make is called wine in English and vino in french as an awful lot of grapes come from one of many of the wine regions of France. Tomatoes which are also a fruit and not a vegatable as some often suppose that they are are also grown on a vine and also the hop which is used for brewing beer comes from a vine. Plus there are many other fruits too such as kiwi fruit and passion fruit.
