The US and the UK are the countries that Nerf guns are sold good so I'd say there is other countries that sell Nerf guns but they definitely sell in Europe.

No centralized record. Guns PRODUCED in 2011 and not exported were about 2.5 million pistols, 549,000 revolvers, 2.3 million rifles, 807,000 shotguns, and 182,000 miscellaneous firearms. However, you would need to add to that the guns made elsewhere and imported into the US, and the used guns that were resold.
