All items at McDonalds are on their nutrition menu. Some McDonalds locations have this nutrition menu on the wall. Most items have the nutrition information on the wrapper, as well. There are also smaller nutrition menus available in store that you can hold onto.
There are many healthy options on the standard Ruby Tuesday's menu. There are quite a few salad options for example. There are also some healthy seafood options.
McDonald's does offer coupons for meals. However, usually the coupon specifies which menu item it can be used for.

No==Well...==That depends on what you order. McDonald's has menu items that are as "healthy" as any similar items you might order at any other restaurant such as salads, grilled chicken, wraps, eggs, etc., but a large majority of their menu items are high in fat and wouldn't be considered particularly healthy.

The cheapest thing to buy at McDonalds, will vary depending on the prices at the time of the visit. McDonalds does offer their customers a Dollar Menu in which everything listed costs one dollar. Menu items can change but some items included are the McDouble, McChicken and side salads.
