There are?æno exact set hours for any doctor. In an orthopedic doctors case, they can vary depending on if they work in a hospital or have a private practice. They can run from 8 to 24 hours.

up to 60 hours a week answered by wolf wolf
Doctors may work any hours they wish to. However, if they are not in private practice, and sign a contract with an organization, then they are agreeing to certain hours, on-call responsibilities, and the like.
it depends on whether or not they work in private practice. If they do, they can choose thier hours they work. However, if they dont, they work between 8-10 hours a day and sometimes they will have to work overnights.
Rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries can be a long, arduous task. The doctor will work closely with physical therapists to assure that the patient is receiving treatment that will enhance the range of motion and return function to the affected part.
You have to be kidding. Some few I know keep regular hours. Most doctors I know work closer to 80 hours a week---and that doesn't include emergencies.
I don't think it's possible to generalise "typical hours" - it varies so much according to how senior the doctor is, how much research they do, how many patients they have, how dedicated they are etc... Generally the more senior they are, the fewer hours the have to work (and the fewer night shifts they have to cover).
how many hours do you work as a prosecutor
Oranges are orange. Only smart people know that...so i guess you didn't know that.
