It's condensation
I've had a slight headache after drinking a very cold drink too quickly on a hot (sweaty) day.
It took about 5 hours to get the 1st cubes
The ice cubes appear clearer after freezing since warm water contains fewer dissolved gases than cool water. Some people do it because they think it freezes faster. This is only true in certain cases, though; specifically, if the air in the freezer is saturated with water vapor (which is fairly likely) warm water will freeze more slowly than cool water.
None, icecubes are made of water, therfore they will melt and you won't be able to clog the toilet.
That would happen if there are ice cubes in the drink, and the ice cubes melt. Why? Because the amount of water in the drink increases. The phase change is from solid to liquid; this is called melting. You can avoid the drink watering down by not letting the ice touch the drink directly: either put the drink in a larger container with ice, or put a plastic bag with ice cubes into the drink. However, this way it will probably take longer for the drink to cool down.
