The Isle of Rhodes is located in the southeastern Aegean Sea, near the coast of Turkey. It is part of Greece and is the largest of the Dodecanese islands. Positioned at the entrance of the Aegean Sea, Rhodes is known for its rich history, beautiful beaches, and ancient ruins, including the famous Colossus of Rhodes.
They were native to the islands of Keos and Rhodes: later they were cast beneath the sea or into the very depths of Tartarus.
