depending on healthiness of the person and weight being a factor I would say 55 to 95 and doing them in stages to make sure you can endure this type of work out. Example: due 25 and if you feel good continue until you get to the end goal of the amount of jumping jacks you want to achieve. Pro tip : You want to stay hydrated so water or sports drink is recommended to be sipped through out work out.

jumping jacks, crunches, milatry press, windmill.
hula hoop, jumping jacks done in a minute.
sit-ups, jumping jacks, push-ups, pull-ups, etc.....
I am twelve and to exercise I go with my mom to the gym and do simple things in the morning like jumping jacks,etc
You should do 10 Pushups 20 crunches/situps 15 lunges 30 jumping jacks planking for 10 secconds 8 intervals.
