In the US Natural Gas output is measured in cubic feet, First you must convert feet to meters: 3.28084 fpm, then we must determine cubic feet per cubic meter, 3.28084 X 3.28084 X 3.28084 = 21.528 cubic ft in a cubic meter and since there are 1000 btu in a cubic foot of Natural Gas 21.528 x 1000 btu = 21,528 btu/cmtr. Then you must convert kWh to btu. 1kWh=3413 btu, so 21528 btu divided by 3413 btu = 6.307 kWh in a cubic meter of NG: so 1 cubic meter divided by 6.307= 0.1585 cubic meters of NG = 1 kWh. Of course these are output ratings not input. So depending on the efficiency rating of the NG furnace being used one would need to add the heat that is lost up the chimney or the inefficiency rating for an accurate answer. For example with an 80% efficient gas furnace one would need to add 20% or 0.032 to the 0.1585 cubic meter value we got earlier to allow for waste and the answer is actually 0.1905 cubic meters total input of NG needed per kWh produced. I hope this is right... End -H2045

How much heat energy is produced from 1 kw electric energy?

That depends on how long the 1 kW is applied. Please note that kW is a unit of power, not a unit of energy. In general, 1 kW of electrical energy can be converted into 1 kW of heat - if used in a heater. With a heat pump, 1 kW of electrical energy can, in fact, pump several kW of heat energy.

Why you take energy bill in units of energy instead unit of power?

Energy bill must be in terms of Energy unit (KWH) only. Energy is KW (power) utilized over a period of time. The unit of energy is Kilowatthour (KWH) Unit of power is Kilowatt (KW) KW is instantaneous power being utilized. KW (power) over a time period is Energy (KW H)

What is the relation between refrigeration kw with electrical kw?

Both of them are for measurements of types of energy. kWh is the full measure of energy while kW is the measure of power.

How many kW per month to power a 2000 sq ft home?

For starters, the question uses the wrong dimensions. The amount of energy to power a home might be measured in energy units per month - and kW is not a unit of energy.

What is the cost per kW in Naples Florida?

You can't buy a kW in Florida, or anywhere else. Energy is paid for per unit of energy, for example kWh (kilowatt-hour) and someone in Florida might know what it costs. kW is rate of delivering/using energy.

How many energy take 1.1 kw motor in hour?

Unit of energy is Joule. 1 Joule = 1 watt x 1 sec 1.1 KW = 1100 watt In 1 hour 1.1 KW motor would require 1100 watts x 60 = 66000 Joule / 66 KJ
